Weekend Warriors: X-Speed United Takes on 3 Races in 3 Countries!

Over one action-packed weekend, X-Speed United made their mark in Poland, the UK, and the USA!

In the sunny UK, Irishman Matti Dobbins and Englishman Matt King tackled the Rapha Lincoln Grand Prix—a grueling 165km race featuring the legendary Michael Gate cobbled climb on each lap.

Meanwhile, across the continent in Poland, four of our riders braved the challenging terrain of the Silesian Classic (1.2) in Bielsko-Biala. Canadian duo Eric Inkster and Daniel Koszela showcased their strength, securing impressive 7th and 18th place finishes in a fiercely competitive field that saw only 42 riders make it to the finish line.
But the excitement didn't stop there! Across the pond in the USA, Jonah Killy soared to victory in the 23rd Carl Dolan Memorial Spring Classic circuit race in Maryland.

With triumphs spanning continents, X-Speed United continues to demonstrate their prowess on the global stage. Stay tuned for more thrilling updates from our unstoppable team!

Trofee Maarten Wynants Pro Kermess

From the fast-paced kermesse scene in Belgium's Helchteren village, our boys showcased their skills on 15 laps of a thrilling 10.6 km circuit. Zak Coleman took the spotlight with a remarkable fifth-place finish, emerging as the highest-ranking foreign rider amidst stiff Belgian competition. Meanwhile, Leo Doyle secured an impressive eighth place, proudly representing as the fastest Irishman on the road. An outstanding performance, especially coming just days after our efforts in Waasland. Kudos to our incredible team for their unwavering dedication and grit.

UCI 1.2 GP Vorarlberg b/by Radhaus Rankweil

A tough 163km with over 2100 meters of climbing faced our team in Austria on Wednesday.

Here’s what they had to stay after the race.

DS @official_jonnyblazevic_2021 said “ Austria is one of the most beautiful countries in Europe. It had some of tough courses that the boys handled extremely well. Our plan to mop up some classification points didn’t work out in the end, but the boys were resilient in the finish to try to win the race overall.

And our American rider @konahjilly reflected “We set out to be aggressive from the start. With a few laps left, I was feeling really good and could feel it was going to split soon on the climb. As the field exploded, I found myself in the front group over the climb.Unfortunately my chain dropped, and got stuck on the descent and I couldn’t get it back out until we hit the flats again. All though I am bummed with my bad luck, it is really impossible to be in a bad mood with the great atmosphere of our staff and riders. Onto the next!“
